![]() The customer has no right to withdraw from the contract: The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods if the reduction in value is a consequence of handling that is not strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. Returned goods must have all associated equipment, original packaging and documentation. Shipments with cash payments are not accepted. The cost related to the withdrawal from the contract that the consumer is liable to pay is the cost of returning the goods. When withdrawing from the contract, the gift card is considered as a means of payment and therefore the amount of it, in the event of withdrawal from the contract, is returned to the customer. Only the paid amount is returned to the customer. Upon withdrawal from a contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds are considered a discount and are not returned to the customer. The seller returns the received payments to the customer with the same means of payment as used by the customer or as a credit or in the form of gift cards if the consumer expressly agrees to this method. In such a case, we undertake to return the money for the received payment to the customer as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days of receiving the request for the return of the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller by post, no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the ordered goods. It still needs some bug fixes and some assets, but My Time at Sandrock is my pick to build everything, do everything, play everything. The customer may, in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act ( ZVP), withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment and return the product without explanation of their action. The characters are memorable and the desert is stark and beautiful. The light whimsy is balanced by the dark undertones. Sometimes you just want to let yourself get lost in a peaceful world, and My Time at Sandrock hits that sweet spot. It’s exactly what I’d expect from a game at this point, and I am excited to check back every day for updates and bug fixes. And not all the assets are in place yet, particularly with sound and animations. At one point, I triggered my gardening kit too early and it vanished, leaving me unable to complete the farming quest. I encountered some game-breaking bugs, which is to be expected in early access. You are given a lot of options in which parts of the game you want to play but so far, I haven’t really managed to break the game.Īt least not in that way. I was always just a little bit scarce on what I needed, always wanting to play for one more day to finally build an irrigation pipe or a bus stop or whatever. Sandrock isn’t a hard game, far from it, but the balance feels pretty perfect. As a fan of this sort of game, this is what impresses me the most. Once you’re up and running (making cash) though, you can hire people to do the resource collecting for you. Especially if the way you invest in them is by building stuff with your own two hands! It’s easier to invest in characters who want things and struggle to get them. Far from being a confused tone, it actually helps the silly world feel more tactile. You can feel that the world has history and conflict. There’s also a pretty involved mythology about the different cities in this region. If you spent some time with the original game, you might recognize some NPCs who take a train ride into Sandrock. ![]() I say series because Sandrock and Portia are both in the same world. You get the feeling that this world went through a major The Last of Us phase only to come out the other side as a series of cozy communities. It’s the only way to get truly complicated technology, like engines and circuits. Not only will you chop trees and mine, you’ll also plunge yourself into these ancient ruins. Though the My Time games are bright and cartoony, the setting is actually kind of dark.
